Primary view. Keeping the bar and cellar tidy. Making certain that the empties are put out.
Cleaning the bar lines, with the exception of the ciders which only needs to be done 3 times a year.
Clean the barrel attachments.
Polish the counter. Polish the back shelf. Clean the the sink also the white cupboards. Polish the brass.
Check the glass washer make certain that no residue builds up.
Wash the bar floor. Move out the empty gas cylinders
Approx 4 hours.
Polish the counter. Polish the back shelf. Polish the brass. Clean the cellar boys external. Clean the sink area, check the glass washer as in week one.
Wash the bar floor. Move out the empty gas cylinders.
Approx 2 Hours.
Once a month clean the optics.
Currently I do all the ordering for bar stock. Make certain that the bar roto is ok.
Whoever is appointed would need to have a committee member to report to in case of any emergencies.
During the week I do go in and out of the club at least 4 times a week just to observe and make certain every thing is alright.
